Profile: Handling auto claims as an adjuster, Phil has seen numerous clients with inadequate coverage for the unforeseen accident. As a result of these heart wrenching experiences, Phil decided he could be of better service to clients as as independent insurance agent, affording them the right coverage.
Phil now is on the board of directors for the Quad Area Chamber of Commerce and is looking forward to getting to know all of the local businesses in the area. Phil has a desire to reach out to the community by being a voice for the local community businesses.

Profile: After losing his house in a fire on Christmas Eve, 1980, Dan experienced the power and importance of insurance first-hand. As soon as the claim was settled, Dan decided he wanted to help others protect their property and loved ones. Dan started his career as a Farmers agent and eventually became an independent agent.

Mary Joki Ebb joined Smart Insurance Agency in 2011. She has many years of experience in a variety of customer-focused endeavors, including the insurance business. She enjoys the challenge of finding the right coverage at the right price for her clients. Mary earned a B.A. in English from St. Catherine University in St. Paul and the Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman.

Jonathan Lundberg joined Smart Insurance Agency in 2011. After listening to his father tell about his experiences working within the insurance industry he became fascinated with the business. Being able to offer people peace of mind and the assurance that they will be returned to a sense of normalcy after a catastrophic loss has been very appealing to him. He attended the University of Minnesota Duluth majoring in Communications.
